Social Media Marketing Manager

and were looking for someone creative and energetic to help tell our story online! We are seeking a motivated Social

Media Marketing Manager to grow our brand presence engage our communities and support recruiting and store

marketing efforts across multiple locations.

What Youll do as a Social Media Marketing Manager:

• Manage and grow Mega Savers social media platforms
• Create engaging content including graphics videos photos reels and promotional posts
• Develop recruiting-focused social media campaigns to attract top talent
• Promote store events grand openings giveaways and company initiatives
• Respond to messages comments and online engagement professionally and timely
• Monitor social media trends and recommend new ideas to increase reach and engagement
• Coordinate with operations and leadership teams on marketing needs
• Track social media performance and provide reporting/insights
• Assist with branding consistency across all platforms and materials

What Were Looking For:

• Creative mindset with strong communication skills
• Experience managing business social media accounts
• Knowledge of Facebook Instagram TikTok LinkedIn and Canva
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Positive attitude and team-focused mentality
• Photography/video editing experience is a plus
