The Role

You live on social media and know why a trend works before it this role youll help shape our social presence day to day: turning trends into concepts editing them into scroll-stopping posts and staying engaged with our audience in the comments and DMs. This is a hands-on creative position for someone early in their career whos fluent in the feed and ready to grow.

What Youll Do

• Spot and translate social trends into content ideas that fit the PCH brand

• Edit and assemble content into finished platform-ready posts (including short-form video and graphics)

• Write platform-native captions and copy in our brand voice

• Maintain the content calendar: plan schedule and publish across Instagram TikTok Facebook and YouTube

• Manage inbound engagement: respond to comments and DMs and stay attuned to our audience

• Track performance and highlight whats working so we can double down

What You Bring

• Deep current fluency in social media trends formats and platform culture

• Hands-on editing skills: you can cut short-form video and create clean graphics

• A strong eye for ideas and brand voice and an understanding of what performs natively on each platform

• Some experience creating for brand social accounts (internships personal projects or prior roles all count)

Bonus Points

• Videography skills comfortable shooting your own footage when needed

• Familiarity with editing tools (CapCut Premiere Canva)
