Part-Time Customer Service & Snack Bar Associate

Location: McGavock Dealership
Schedule: Part-Time Monday- Friday 1:00pmto 6:00pm and MUST be able to work Saturdays 8:00-4:00.

We are looking for friendly outgoing individuals to join our team as a Customer Service & Snack Bar Associate. This role is much more than working behind a counter it is about creating a positive experience for customers while they wait in our dealership.

• Prepare and serve fresh popcorn cookies coffee and other refreshments.

• Operate the snack bar and assist customers with purchases.

• Keep snack bar inventory stocked and organized.

• Maintain a clean welcoming and professional customer lounge area.

• Clean coffee stations snack bar equipment and work areas throughout the day.

• Perform end-of-day cleaning duties including cleaning coffee pots cleaning popcorn machine etc.

• Greet customers and engage in friendly conversation while they wait.

• Provide exceptional customer service and help create a comfortable welcoming environment.

• Assist with light administrative or customer service tasks as needed.

• Friendly positive attitude with excellent people skills.

• Enjoy interacting with customers and making them feel welcome.

• Dependable and punctual.

• Ability to work independently and stay organized.

• Comfortable handling food and beverages.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light cleaning duties.

• Previous customer service hospitality retail or food service experience is a plus but not required.
