The Smart Manufacturing Transformation Manager is responsible for driving enterprise-wide digital transformation across manufacturing and critical stakeholders.

This position reports to the Vice President of Operations and is part of the Smart Manufacturing & Operations Excellence Digital Transformation team located in Fargo ND and will be an on-site role.

In this role you will have the opportunity to:

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Information Technology Life Sciences or a related field with 9 years experience OR Masters degree in field with 7 years experience OR Doctorial degree in field with 4 years experience

• Experience in manufacturing operations or digital transformation roles including hands-on experience delivering cross-functional initiatives with proven ability to manage and deliver multiple concurrent initiatives with measurable business impact.

• Experience with digital manufacturing technologies such as MES automation systems or manufacturing data platforms.

• Demonstrated ability to bring structure to ambiguous environments defining plans priorities and execution frameworks (such as Agile Scrum).

• Capability to identify future industry trends and translate to applicable business actions with strong stakeholder management experience across business operations and IT functions.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Experience with AI advanced analytics or data-driven use cases in manufacturing quality or R&D.

• Experience in regulated CDMO biotechnology or pharmaceutical manufacturing environments.

• Experience with large-scale transformation programs or Industry 4.0 initiatives.
