• Develop new business through personal networking referrals builder and trade relationships and community involvement
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities while meeting established sales goals
• Conduct in-home consultations to understand client lifestyles priorities and project goals

• Review intake information and gather all details necessary to develop complete system designs

• Utilize iPoint System Survey CAD and related software to develop proposals system documentation and presentation materials
• Assist as needed in lighting layouts keypad layouts scene documentation and supporting design spreadsheets
• Prepare proposals scopes of work and change orders throughout the project lifecycle
• Serve as the primary design resource during project execution working closely with Project Management Engineering Procurement Programming and Installation
• Communicate programming intent and system functionality to our programming team to ensure the client experience matches the original design
• Provide remote support to field technicians during installation when design clarification is needed
• Participate in client walkthroughs demonstrations and project closeout as needed
• Stay current on emerging technologies industry trends and manufacturer certifications
• Contribute to a collaborative team-first culture focused on delivering exceptional client experiences

• Experience selling luxury residential technology custom integration or related home systems - this is not an entry level position - this is for a seasoned candidate
• Proven ability to develop business and generate new client opportunities as well
• Strong consultative sales and relationship-building skills
• Experience with CAD iPoint System Survey or similar design platforms is preferred
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Passion for technology architecture design and creating exceptional customer experiences
