Trinity Rehab Outpatient Setting
Trinity Rehab is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team on a FT/Part Time basis in Cary NC within a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) setting.
Position Overview
The Speech Therapist evaluates diagnoses and treats residents with speech language cognitive and swallowing disorders. This role works closely with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat residents with speech language voice cognitive and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with physicians nursing staff and therapy team members
- Provide education to patients and families
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and facility guidelines

Requirements
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current North Carolina SLP license (or eligibility)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
