Slots Managers

Responsibilities:

• Effectively manage all personnel-related matters including but not limited to interviewing hiring training scheduling coaching counseling and terminating
• Resolve equipment operation discrepancies with internal personnel gaming regulatory agency employees and customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Review and analyze reports related to slot equipment performance. Investigate deviations noted in slot management reports
• Organize machine placement on casino floor which may include the coordination of installations moves and conversions
• Confer with manufacturers and vendors in a professional manner regarding slot equipment and parts
• Assign and maintain work schedule for the slot repair staff
• Utilize parts manuals and maintain an organized inventory
• Develop and monitor periodic maintenance schedules to maintain efficiency of slot machinery
