S&L Materials Environmental Manager

• Lead and manage the sites environmental compliance program.
• Ensure compliance with applicableEPA state and local environmental regulations permits and reporting requirements.
• Manage air emissions wastewater/stormwater hazardous and non-hazardous waste chemical management and spill prevention programs.
• Maintain environmental permits records procedures and regulatory documentation.
• Prepare and submit required environmental reports notifications permit applications and regulatory correspondence.
• Conduct environmental inspections audits risk assessments and compliance reviews.
• Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions for environmental findings.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for environmental regulators consultants and third-party auditors.
• Lead environmental incident investigations including spills releases permit deviations and potential violations.
• Develop and deliver environmental training for employees and contractors.
• Establish environmental performance metrics and communicate results to site and corporate leadership.
• Identify opportunities to reduce waste emissions energy consumption water use and environmental risk.
• Manage environmental consultants contractors sampling programs and project budgets as needed.
• Stay current on regulatory developments and evaluate their potential impact on company operations.
