We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier aerospace client.

Summary:

• Assemble install seal rig and inspect aircraft structural and system components.

• Read and interpret blueprints drawings work instructions and technical documents.

• Perform functional testing and ensure assemblies meet quality and engineering standards.

• Use precision measuring tools hand tools and assembly equipment during production.

• Perform drilling disassembly surface finishing blending burnishing and repair work.

• Support production schedules and maintain workflow within manufacturing areas.

• Assist with training and cross-training of assembly and inspection personnel.

• Perform routine machine and equipment maintenance as required.

Requirements:

• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).

• High school diploma or GED required.

• 5 years of aircraft structural assembly or related aerospace manufacturing experience.

• Experience with aircraft skin quality including hand forming burnishing and repair.

• Ability to perform protective coatings metal polishing and surface finishing operations.

• Experience blending multiple adjacent MDD surfaces to engineering tolerances.

• Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.

• Skilled in the use of precision measuring instruments and hand tools.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while meeting production schedules.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Assembly/Installation Structures Sub-Assembly and Sealer operations.

• Previous aerospace or defense manufacturing experience.

• Inspection or SIA qualification experience preferred.
