Our client is looking for a driven and relationship-focused Skilled Trades Recruiter to join their growing team. In this position youll own the full recruitment cycle from business development and client partnerships to sourcing interviewing and placing skilled trades professionals. Youll work with leading manufacturing and industrial companies to fill high-demand roles including:
- Welders
- Fabricators
- Maintenance Mechanics
- CNC Machinists
- Skilled Technicians and more

- Develop new business relationships with manufacturing industrial and skilled trades companies
- Present recruitment solutions and negotiate service agreements
- Become a trusted hiring partner by building strong long-term client relationships
- Identify hiring trends and provide market insights to clients
- Source screen interview and place skilled trades professionals
- Utilize job boards social media networking referrals and community outreach
- Attend trade school events job fairs and networking opportunities
- Conduct mock interviews and career coaching for candidates
- Match candidates with opportunities that align with their skills and career goals
- Manage the full hiring lifecycle from intake to placement
- Write compelling job ads and job descriptions
- Coordinate interviews offers onboarding and pre-employment processes
- Maintain strong communication and follow-up with both clients and candidates
- Support employee relations and ensure a positive hiring experience
- You know how to uncover client needs beyond the job description
- Youre skilled at identifying talent and potential others may overlook
- You bring energy persistence and a competitive mindset to your work
- You build authentic relationships and communicate with confidence
- Youre highly organized and can manage multiple priorities effectively
- You enjoy business development and are motivated by growth and results
- 2 years of full desk recruiting experience
- Proven business development and client relationship success
- Strong communication negotiation and networking skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and job orders simultaneously
- Experience recruiting within manufacturing industrial construction or skilled trades environments is highly preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Required Skills:
Proven experience as a Full Desk Recruiter 2.5 years Strong business development skills with a track record of generating new business. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple clients and job orders simultaneously. Familiarity with construction industry roles and terminology is highly preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
