• Administer skilled nursing care to patients in home settings according to physician orders and care plans.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Provide patient education regarding health conditions medications and treatments.
• Maintain compliance with organization policies procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies.

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Michigan.
• Previous experience in home health nursing or skilled nursing preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to patient homes within Taylor MI area.
