Skilled Maintenance Partner

The Skilled Facilities Partner maintains Rock City Enterprises properties by performing repairs inspections and preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment. This role supports a safe efficient and guest-ready environment while helping fulfill our mission to enrich lives through Wonder and Connection.

• Complete maintenance work orders and repairs.
• Inspect troubleshoot and maintain plumbing electrical HVAC and building systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and facility inspections.
• Respond to maintenance emergencies as needed.
• Maintain tools equipment and maintenance records.
• Follow safety standards and work with team members and contractors on projects.

• Experience in facilities building or property maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing electrical HVAC and general repairs.
• Ability to diagnose problems and complete repairs independently.
• Strong commitment to safety teamwork and customer service.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in facilities maintenance building maintenance or general repair preferred.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing electrical HVAC and general maintenance systems.
• Strong troubleshooting problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to use standard maintenance tools and equipment.
• Valid drivers license required.
• Flexible schedule including weekends holidays and special events as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds work at heights and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
