We are seeking a Commercial HVAC Service Specialist to support Floridabased commercial accounts with regular travel to customer sites throughout the state.

Compensation & Benefits

What Youll Do

• Perform onsite service and repair for commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment
• Inspect test and troubleshoot system performance issues
• Support installation repair and preventive maintenance activities
• Service commercial equipment ranging from small systems up to 50ton units
• Work with refrigeration circuits boilers and HVAC control components
• Follow all safety procedures and company operating standards
• Document work completed and parts used through service reports
• Coordinate with dispatch and account teams to complete assigned work
• Travel to commercial facilities throughout Florida

What Were Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of handson commercial HVAC experience
• Completion of a recognized HVAC technical training program
• Working knowledge of:
• Commercial HVAC equipment
• Refrigeration systems
• Boiler operations
• Electrical and control components
• EPA Universal certification required
• Valid drivers license with acceptable driving record
• Ownership of standard hand tools meters and gauges
• Availability for overtime weekends and holidays when required
• Willingness to travel regularly for service assignments

Work Conditions

• Fieldbased role with indoor and outdoor work environments
• Ability to lift climb bend kneel crawl and stand for long periods
• Fastmoving service schedule with frequent site changes
