Company Overview:
A respected and growing commercial carpentry company is seeking a skilled carpenter to join their expanding team. This is an excellent long-term opportunity for someone experienced in finished carpentry and commercial build-outs.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with metal and wood framing for walls partitions and ceilings
Install drywall backing blocking and fixtures
Measure cut and assemble materials according to specifications
Operate power and hand tools safely (saws drills nail guns etc.)
Install doors hardware trim and other commercial interior components
Assist with concrete formwork or demolition as needed
Read and follow blueprints layout marks and supervisor instructions
Maintain clean and safe commercial job sites
Load unload and stage materials and tools
Qualifications:
Experience in carpentry required
Ability to read basic plans layouts and measurements
Able to lift 50 lbs and work in an active construction environment
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Reliable safety-focused and punctual
Schedule Details:
Full-time day shift. Typical workdays are 810 hours Monday through Friday.
