Skilled Carpenter

• Flexible schedule

• Perform comprehensive restoration tasks including water damage remediation mold removal and structural repairs.
• Execute framing drywall installation plastering and stucco work to restore or remodel interiors and exteriors.
• Install fixtures cabinetry doors siding flooring tile and roofing with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Utilize hand tools power tools CNC machinery and fabrication equipment to complete projects efficiently.
• Read blueprints schematics and construction drawings to ensure precise implementation of project specifications.
• Conduct heavy lifting and physical tasks such as rebar installation concrete forming masonry work and metal stud framing.
• Collaborate with team members on-site to ensure safety protocols are followed while maintaining productivity standards.

• Minimum 1 year of carpentry construction or restoration experience preferred.
• Knowledge of residential construction and remodeling practices
• Proven experience in construction estimating carpentry (including trim and frame carpentry) roofing masonry or related fields within the restoration industry.
• Proficiency with hand tools power tools schematic reading blueprint interpretation and construction site safety practices.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle physically demanding tasks consistently.
• Knowledge of fabrication techniques including metal stud framing and drywall finishing.
• Valid experience in working with various materials such as stucco siding woodwork tile laying flooring installation and fixture mounting.
• Prior experience in the restoration industry or related manufacturing environments is highly preferred.
