SITEC SEME Project Manager MacDill AFB

Peraton requires a Technical Project Manager to support the Special Operation Command Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) 3. This position is located at MacDill AFB in Florida.

The purpose of the Special Operations Forces Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) 3 Enterprise Operations and Maintenance (EOM) Task Order (TO) is to provideUSSOCOM its Component Commands its Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOCs)and its deployed forces with Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services to maintain Network Operations (NetOps); maintain systems and network infrastructure; provide end user andcommon device support; provide configuration change license and asset management; conducttraining and perform Install Move Add Change (IMACs) services. The responsibilities and tasks associated with each requirement play a pivotal role to USSOCOM the CIO/J6 organization and ultimately the end-user who operate around the globe 24x7x365.

Oversee operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning project team and line management. Reviews status of projects manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity quality and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers contractor staff and other stakeholders. Management with the provision of Global Enterprise IT services specifically focusing the design and management of the core cloud infrastructure with a understanding of Azure services such as Azure Virtual Machines Virtual Networks and Storage accounts.

Plans leads and managescomplex projects within the SIF/SIT portfolio of projects through the ingest testing and fielding process while maintaining efficiency of important project management aspects such as planning scheduling and budget and risk assessment.
Manages a specific project or projects assigned by the Government to include project requirements scope budget schedule and performance.
Monitors adjusts and reports on the projects performance budget and schedule.
Provides interim progress reviews to the Government on an as-needed basis.
Assists with proposing implementing and enforcing Government policies standards and methodologies and is responsible for either
developing or supervising the preparation of studies reports and acquisition documents.
Works from the latest Government-approved version of the Project management processes (PMP).
Documents all support requirements in a PMP and providing it to the Government.
Describes the proposed management approach.
Maintains detailed SOPs for all tasks.
Describes in detail the Project Managers QMP and approach to risk management under this TO.
Describes in detail the Project Managers approach to communications including processes procedures format and other rules of engagement between the Project Manager and the Government.
Maintains the location of technical and project management documentation acquisition documents.

Requirements:

• Min 10 years of experience
• DoD TS/SCI clearance is required
