Job Title:Security Site Supervisor

Role Purpose

Lead the security team and manage daytoday security operations to protect the clients people property and assets in line with Securitas policies and site instructions.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise security officers and daily deployment (rosters posts breaks).
• Oversee core security tasks: access control patrols alarm response monitoring and incident handling
• Ensure compliance with health and safety rules fire and emergency procedures and correct use of PPE
• Conduct site inductions support training and coach officers on professional conduct and safe working.
• Act as main contact for the client handle daytoday issues and support audits/inspections.
• Maintain accurate incident and activity reports and escalate issues when needed.

Requirements

• Experience in security preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership communication and incidenthandling skills.
• Able to work shifts and perform patrols; holds required local security licenses.
