Site Supervisor (3792)

POSITION SUMMARY
Culpepper & Associates Security Services Inc. (CASS) is seeking an experienced highly motivated and results-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee security operations at Edwards Air Force Base.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership sound judgment professionalism and the ability to effectively manage personnel while ensuring compliance with company policies contractual requirements and government regulations.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Direct and supervise daily security operations and assigned personnel.
Manage employee scheduling staffing attendance and operational coverage.
Ensure compliance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and client policies.
Monitor employee performance conduct inspections and address personnel concerns.
Coordinate employee training certifications and qualification requirements.
Serve as the primary on-site liaison between government and Corporate Management.
Ensure readiness accountability and professional standards are consistently maintained.
Respond to emergencies and operational requirements as necessary.

U.S. Citizen.
Active Secret or Top-Secret security clearance.
Prior supervisory experience in security operations military or law enforcement.
Demonstrated ability to lead motivate and manage personnel effectively.
Strong organizational administrative and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Availability of working flexible schedules based on operational needs.

Preferred: Previous supervisory experience on a Department of Defense (DoD) security contract or military installation.
