Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Parking Lot Site Superintendent for the Northeast Ohio area to oversee the construction and maintenance of commercial parking lot projects. This role involves managing on-site operations coordinating subcontractors ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations of parking lot construction sites.
- Coordinate with subcontractors suppliers and inspectors.
- Ensure compliance with local codes safety regulations and environmental standards.
- Monitor project timelines budgets and resource allocation.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure proper grading drainage paving and striping.
- Resolve on-site issues and adjust schedules as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation including daily logs progress reports and change orders.
- Communicate regularly with project managers and stakeholders.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in site supervision preferably in paving or civil construction.
- Strong knowledge of asphalt concrete drainage systems and ADA compliance.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and site plans.
- Familiarity with construction software and reporting tools.
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training preferred.
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or GED required; degree in construction management or related field preferred.
- Minimum 35 years of experience in construction site supervision with emphasis on paving or parking lot projects.
