About the Role:

Administrative role to aid in the development and implementation of processes programs and staff for security manager. This person will create and enhance policies and procedures for screening contractors vendors non-company drivers and other authorized outsiders have equal levels of access. Leads and oversees emergency planning and response for security-related emergencies and crises. Oversees assessments for potential security-related risks including bomb threats fire alarms sabotage workplace violence intrusion alarms activist disruption contamination etc. Implements and monitors programs and initiatives designed to prevent unauthorized access to information and premises. Manages and oversees foreign travelers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise-wide crisis management and business continuity efforts including identifying potential threats assessing severity coordinating response teams and developing mitigation and recovery plans to minimize operational financial and reputational impact.

  • Design implement and maintain risk management frameworks processes and controls across functions. Evaluate organizational risks establish benchmarks develop audit mechanisms and drive continuous improvement of risk assessment and mitigation strategies.

  • Facilitate effective conflict management and resolution by mediating disputes fostering collaboration across teams and departments addressing issues proactively and guiding stakeholders toward constructive outcomes.

  • Oversee data gathering analysis and reporting initiatives ensuring accuracy integrity and actionable insights. Develop reporting methodologies conduct complex analyses evaluate alternative approaches through cost-benefit assessments and support data-driven decision-making.

  • Support and promote workplace safety injury prevention and emergency response procedures by identifying hazards conducting incident investigations ensuring compliance with safety protocols and contributing to a safe work environment.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive emergency management programs including emergency preparedness evacuation planning facility shutdown procedures vulnerability assessments emergency communications employee accountability processes and recovery coordination.

  • Maintain and support plant and facility security programs by assisting with access control measures security awareness initiatives incident documentation background screening processes and the prevention of theft vandalism sabotage and unauthorized access.

  • Provide leadership training and guidance to employees and cross-functional teams on crisis response emergency preparedness safety practices risk management conflict resolution and security procedures to ensure organizational readiness and resilience.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma GED or equivalent

  • 5 years of experience with BOSCH CCTV

  • 5 years of experience with DSX Security Software

  • 5 years of experience with Best Brand Cores and Key making

  • Proficient using Microsoft Excel Word Outlook Teams

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business Administration or related field

  • Familiarity with Harbor Drive Security Operations

  • Experience with Harbor Drive Fire Systems

  • Previous formal or informal leadership experience

  • Previous formal or informal experience with training peers
