What Youll Do:
- Manage all daily site operations including staffing scheduling and team performance.
- Drive sales membership conversions and key performance metrics (KPIs).
- Oversee cash handling site organization cleanliness and safety standards.
- Conduct team training coaching and performance check-ins.
- Perform and monitor maintenance inspections and preventative upkeep.
- Foster a strong culture of service sales and teamwork aligned with Sparkle values.
- Open and close the site ensuring top performance every day.
Who You Are:
- A confident people-first leader with strong organizational skills.
- Experienced in managing teams (retail restaurant or car wash preferred).
- Results-oriented and comfortable tracking goals and performance.
- Reliable hands-on and passionate about delivering great customer experiences.

Compensation & Benefits:
- $55000$65000 annually.
- Monthly performance bonuses.
