Own the System Behind Patient Care

What Youll Do
- Run the business: oversee multi-site operations budgets and performance with clear accountability.
- Build a team that delivers: set expectations coach leaders and raise the standard of execution.
- Drive results not reports: translate metrics into action that improves uptime compliance and service.
- Lead from the front: partner with hospital executives and ensure readiness for every inspection every time.

What You Need
- 5 years managing in a clinical engineering environment or proven leadership experience with business acumen (required)
- Bachelors degree in electronics engineering or related field or equivalent experience (required)
- Experience leading teams and driving operational performance (required)
- Financial management skills (budgets revenue costs)
- Technical certifications (A CBET CRES CLES CCE) preferred
- Experience requirements will be waived for successful graduates of the TRIMEDX Clinical Engineering Leadership Program.
