The Site Manager will be responsible for leading a team of professionals and multiple organizations to provide top management and support of the regions real estate portfolio which includes millions of square feet in Corporate and Ru0026D facilities with significant growth underway. The organizations under this manager include Facilities and Operations u0026 Maintenance Shipping Workplace Operations and Management Building Management Guest Services u0026 Facilities Web Management.

10 years of building engineering facility/construction/project management experience with a demonstrated focus in making buildings outstanding workplacesnExtensive knowledge of and experience with the upkeep and function of buildings building systems machinery landscape and quality improvement projectsnDeep expertise in developing impactful teams across a large region that can scale with accelerated growth

Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Electrical Industrial Building Construction Management Facilities Management or related field preferrednExperience in facility/construction/project management experience within entertainment nExperience leading a full-scale in-sourced facilities or project management team tasked with delivering outstanding results in a fiscally responsible mannernExperience in diverse supplier engagement and development in the Los Angeles marketnAbility to balance the trade-offs between operational risk and investment constantly seeking the highest quality and design at the best valuenExcellent leadership communication and supervisory skills including experience working with all levels of an organization and ability to handle customer service issues involving employees in a professional and positive mannernCapability to diagnose lead and resolve maintenance issues quickly and efficiently including experience prioritizing and assigning repairsnDemonstrated ability to lead all aspects of scheduled maintenance programsnDeep expertise in the planning scheduling budgeting resourcing and implementation of all technical services required to maintain and improve a large real estate portfolio. This includes mechanical electrical plumbing controls fire-alarm janitorial landscaping flooring lighting furniture warehousing pest control interior plants and call-center services.
