Construction Manager
Location:Williamsburg
Qualifications: Strong execution and critical thinking skills proven ability to oversee construction projects and proficiency in project management software and basic computer applications. Must be a hustler and quick problem solver who can keep projects moving forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and supervise day-to-day construction activities on-site and through project teams.
- Manage subcontractors and vendors ensuring contracts scopes of work and deliverables are clearly defined.
- Monitor progress resolve conflicts and maintain project schedule.
- Ensure all work meets safety standards quality benchmarks and contractual requirements.
Requirements: Must-have skills in project oversight vendor management and execution. Experience in construction management subcontractor relations and site supervision a must
