Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and operationally sharp Site Leader to oversee daily operations staff management and data collection for an upcoming short-term research project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of up to 16 employees optimizing site workflows ensuring data security and maintaining strict safety and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of site staff customers equipment and data collection.

• Oversee a staff of up to 16 employees including schedule management timesheet submission and performance adjustments to maintain efficiency.

• Provide continuous process improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.

• Ensure site collection meets client goals efficiently safely and to the highest possible standards.

• Maintain the highest level of security for client information and devices.

• Safeguard participant privacy safety and sensitive data collected in strict accordance with client-provided standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in site management operations leadership or supervisory roles.

• Strong team leadership scheduling and people management skills.

• Excellent organizational skills with a focus on data accuracy and process optimization.
