Title: Site HR Leader (HRBP)

Job Description

The Site HR Leader/HR Business Partner will drive all people activities initiatives and programs for the entireSpringfieldsite supporting the Plant Manager andacting as akey member of the plant leadership team. The HRBP works under the general guidance of the Associate Director HRSupply Chain BUbut is responsible fordriving HR strategy managing talentoverseeing engagement within the site and with the community developing and maintaining site specific policies andensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

The primary focus areas for this position will beleading efforts around people developmentand training talent pipeline organization efficiency change management and driving cultural transformation; to achieving goals around people cost andoperational success. The position will support approximately900employees while driving HR initiatives and directly mentoring & supporting functions people managers. The role will lead a team of6HR professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Process Management: own and implement human resource processes- including the following: workforce planningcompensation administrationorganizational change/effectivenessprocess improvementstaffing and pipeline developmenttraining opportunitiesand organizational development

Talent: drives talent development engages with business to drive staffing plansproactively managesstaffing levels and talent moves within and across functions and owns succession plan development for plant leadership roles

EmployeeRelations: manages employeerelations by investigating- resolving and communicating employee questions issuesconcernsandsetsthe positive employee relations strategy for the site.

Culture: ensure todemonstrateKraft Heinzs missionvaluesand initiativesand act as a change champion for the facility

Employee Engagement:build strong relationships with employees and advocate for their job enrichmentengagementand development

Compliance: champion the application and interpretation of HR systemspoliciesand programs ensuring compliance with federal and state employment laws

Analytics: use data and analytics to inform key business and talent decisions

Strategy: evaluate business challenges while developing and recommending solutions

Requirements:

7 Years of experience with HRBP and ability to collaborate with all areas within HR

Prior experience within a manufacturing environment

Strong eye for business project management and technicalproficiencyin workplace technology and systems ( KronosMS Office Suiteetc)

Ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and other key customers through data and insights

Excellent organization and time management skills

Ability to manage teams through others

Stronganalytical andproblem solvingskills

Adaptability Maintaining effectiveness in the face of changing priorities and tasksabilityto manage multiple assignments.

New Hire Base Salary Range:

$141500.00 - $176900.00

Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.

The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidates geographic region job-related knowledge skills and experience among other factors
