Site Coordinator - After School Program

Camp Fire North Shore

Overview

Camp Fire North Shore is seeking an experienced organized and dedicated Site Coordinator to lead one of our dynamic after-school programs. This role is essential in creating a safe structured and inclusive environment where children can learn grow and thrive.

As a Site Coordinator you will oversee daily program operations support and supervise staff and ensure high-quality programming aligned with Camp Fire North Shores mission.

This is a full-time year-round position with opportunities to support summer programming.

Compensation

Annual Salary: $44000 - $48000 based on experience and qualifications

Schedule

Full-Time Monday through Friday

Typical Hours: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Schedule may vary slightly based on program and site needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support staff

Qualifications

Must be at least 20 years of age and meet one of the following:

  • High school diploma or GED 1 year of professional experience with school-age children
  • Bachelors degree in Child Development Education Human Services Recreation Psychology Social Work or a related field 6 months of professional experience with school-age children
  • Associates degree in any field 9 months of professional experience with school-age children

Additional Requirements

  • CPR/First Aid Certification
  • Background checks (CORI/SORI)
  • Meet EEC requirements
