ABOUT THE KIDZ CLUB
The Kidz Club is a Prescribed Pediatric Extended Care (PPEC) facility - a specialized medically supervised day program for children with complex medical needs. We exist so these kids can receive expert care in a nurturing vibrant environment while their families maintain their quality of life.
THE ROLE
Were creating a brand-new Site Administrator position for an RN-credentialed leader who knows how to run a dynamic care environment. Youll own the day-to-day operational leadership of our site - from staffing and compliance to culture and family experience - while our Site Director of Nursing leads clinical quality patient care and nursing oversight.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license non-negotiable
• 5 years of administrative or healthcare management experience
• Proven ability to lead develop and inspire a multidisciplinary team
• Strong operational instincts - budgets scheduling compliance and workflow
• Genuine passion for pediatric care and serving medically complex children
• Exceptional communicator with families staff and external partners
• Good computer skills and comfort with learning electronic charting systems.
• Current CPR (Basic Life Support) is required.
