A successful Siri Screening u0026 Triage Engineer treats the incoming queue as a system tonbe engineered not just a list to be worked. Siris bug queue runs into the tens ofnthousands of open reports at any time spans dozens of components and movesnacross several release trains in flight simultaneously screening it one ticket at a timendoesnt scale and treating every report as equally uncertain wastes the time ofnengineers waiting on a real answer. Youll read logs and repro steps tell a genuinenregression apart from test-harness or program-generated noise and make defensiblenpriority calls with incomplete information then build the scripts classifiers and AI-nassisted tooling that let the rest of the team make that same call at volume. This rolensits between the people filing bugs and the people who fix them so clear fastncommunication matters as much as the technical judgment behind it.

Screen and triage incoming Siri bug reports at scale: analyze logs reproduce issues and determine the correct resolver component and genuine product regressions and emerging trends from structured-test-program artifacts duplicate reports and other queue build and maintain automation and AI-assisted tooling (scoring classification dedupe routing) that scales triage judgment beyond manual closely with the engineering quality and program management partners across Engineering Operations to route issues to the correct owner and unblock trends capacity risk and systemic quality gaps across the queue to engineering and program and evolve triage playbooks and processes; drive consistent screening standards across the teams that share responsibility for the queue.

BS/MS in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.n3-6 years of related industry diagnosing and triaging software issues in a high-volume bug queue including log analysis and in scripting languages like Python or Bash youll build triage tooling not just use hands-on experience applying LLM/GenAI tools to real workflows (classification summarization agents) genuine day-to-day use not just making priority and severity judgment calls under incomplete information and deadline with git or another source control written and verbal communication this role interacts constantly with engineering quality and program management partners across the org.

Experience with Apples Radar or another large-scale enterprise bug-tracking of ML/AI concepts data analytics and pattern-finding across large building or operating CI / automated test Objective-C or C/C experience.
