JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Signs Project Manager you will skillfully plan execute and finalize projects according to the project management plan and achieve specific goals such as: conceptual design Bottom-Up estimating negotiating with both customer and supplier vendor selection profit maximization customer reporting. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills be willing to work long hours and travel as needed. We are seeking candidates with strong and positive organization skills to join our team.

A Signs Project Manager will:

• Continually build develop and grow vendor subcontractor and field personnel relationships throughout entire process to assure success of the project.

• Develop project staffing plans to include labor subcontractors and project engineers.

• Act as liaison between local facility staff and regional team members.

• Monitor control and report on financial performance of projects

• Estimate negotiate and procure vendors and materials for projects is required

• Communicate project goals with field personnel in the electrical and lighting trade.

• Communicate complaints from customers regulatory agencies or any other stakeholders.

• Oversee participation in all aspects of job site safety and adherence to OSHA standards

• Manage numerous work orders and service calls on a national level.

• Manage motivate and continuously improve team members.

• Assemble AIA invoices

The ideal candidate will satisfy the following requirements and qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in related field or 3-5 years experience in the Sign industry

• Must be proficient in Excel and Word.

• Must have Valid Drivers License.

• Must be able to pass a drug and background screen

• Strong verbal and written communications skills

• Ability to multitask while staying organized

• Positive customer service skills
