SIGINT Analyst Senior

We are seeking a highly skilled and experiencedSIGINT Analystto join our team atFort Meade supporting the70th ISR Wing (70 ISRW). The SIGINT Analyst will play a critical role in conductingSignals Intelligence analysis providing actionable intelligence to support operational and strategicobjectives. This position requiresexpertisein SIGINT collection processing and analysis as well as the ability to integrate SIGINT data into multi-intelligence (Multi-INT) fusion efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• ConductSignals Intelligence (SIGINT) analysisto support operational and strategic decision-making.

• Analyze and exploit SIGINT data toidentifypatterns trends and actionable intelligence.

• Integrate SIGINT data with other intelligence disciplines (e.g. GEOINT HUMINT MASINT) to supportMulti-INT Fusionand ISR operations.

• Develop and deliver high-quality intelligence products including reports briefings and assessments to inform mission planning and execution.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including analysts mission planners and operators to ensuretimelyandaccurateintelligence delivery.

• Identifyintelligence gaps and recommend collection strategies to address them.

• Maintainproficiencyin SIGINT tools methodologies and platforms to ensure the delivery ofcutting-edgeintelligence solutions.

• Ensure compliance with all security protocols classification guidelines and organizational policies.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience Level: Minimum of 12 years w/o a degree or 10 years with AS/AA or 8 years with BS/BA or 6 years with MS/MA or 3 years with PhD

• Technical Expertise:

• ProficiencyinSIGINT collectionprocessing andanalysis.

• Familiarity with SIGINT tools databases and software used in ISR operations.

• Strong understanding of SIGINT platforms collection methods and analytical tradecraft.

• Skills:

• Exceptional analytical critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills for producing high-quality intelligence products and briefings.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced mission-driven environment.

• Security Clearance:ActiveTop Secret/SCIclearance andPolygraph is required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supportingthe 70 ISRW National Security Agency orsimilar ISR organizations.
• Completion of a commercial military or U.S. GovernmentSIGINT analysis training courseor specialized intelligence certification.
• Knowledge ofMulti-INT Fusionand cryptological support to military planningoperationsand analysis.

• Familiarity with advanced SIGINT tradecraft techniques and methodologies.

• Prior experience mentoring or training junior analysts in SIGINT analysis.
