Job Summary
The Opportunity:
As a CACI DNEA Analyst (Digital Network Exploitation Analyst) you will serve as a key member of a threat analyses and strategic planning team supporting 389th Military Intelligence Command in direct support of 1st Special Forces Command US Special Operations Command (USASOC) the Theater Special Operations Commands and otherStrategic Partners acrossthe Special Operations Forces Emerging Threat Operations and Planning Support (SOFETOPS) enterprise. You will directly provide SIGINT and Cyberspace support to multi-domain operations enabling 389th missions on a global scale. Responds to SIGINT and CYBER requests for information (RFIs) from multiple intelligence disciplines to solve complex problem sets that span diverse projects. Through expert-level SIINGT and CYBER analysis develops new solutions processes and standards to retrieve produce and exploit intelligence products ensuring actionable intelligence. Identifies trends in threat development performance and capabilities while conducting in-depth analysis of targeted systems. Provides recommendations and mitigation strategies to counter existing and emergent threats ensuring operational readiness and adaptability in contested environments. Produces and delivers subject matter briefs intelligence notes detailed threat assessments and other reporting in support of readiness planning operations and innovation initiatives to inform decision-makers. Coordinates SIGINT and CYBER products with the interagency and its Communities of Interest (COI) ensuring synchronization and unity of efforts. Collaborates with analysts and planners to enrich and complement analytical understanding integrating SIGINT and CYBER into multi-domain targeting and operational frameworks.
Responsibilities:
- Provides specialized senior-levelexpertisein Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) analysis to retrieve produce and exploit standard and non-standardSIGINTproducts to support the SOFETOPS mission.
- Understand TTPs and methodologies to enable access ops or access vector opportunities.
- Exploit target digital networks and produce network enumeration maps depicting key nodes and switches.
- Develop andmaintaintarget profiles usingappropriate toolsand databases ( associations activities communication infrastructures etc.).
- Provide intel target recommendations which meet leadershipobjectives.
- Provides Scientific and Technical Intelligence (S&TI) analysis of foreign basic and applied research and engineering prototyping designing technology transfer developmental and operational testing military fielding and integration of SIGINT technologiesimpactingU.S. and foreign military vulnerabilities and characterizesemerging threats to the government while providing recommendations for counteringcurrent and future associated threats.
- Perform network analysis to support new or continued collection.
- Identifiestechnical capabilities and performance characteristics of foreign SIGINT systems.
- Produce digital network intelligence against specific named target sets.
- Conducts analysis of R&D process and organizations associated with target SIGINT systems.
- Prepares and provides S&TI products in support of Department of Defense concepts capability development and acquisition customers. These products include subject matter briefs intelligence notes threat modules threat briefings and technical memoranda.
- Collaborates with I3C and embedded intelligence analysts to enrich and complement analytical understanding and intelligence production efforts.
- Collaborates and coordinates products within DoD and IC agencies and organizations throughout the S&TI Enterprise.
- Provides digital and analog analysis support analyzing commercial devices to helpdeterminehowthey are functioning or are meant to be functioning which aids in their characterization.
- Identifiestrends in threat development toanticipatefuture capabilities and reduce costs for the Government.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance with Polygraph.
- 6 years of experience working in the role of Target Digital Network Analyst (TDNA) Digital Network Exploitation Analyst (DNEA) or MOS equivalent depending on service.
- A minimum of threeyears experiencein operations coordination roles of responsibility within an O-5 or above tactical operational or strategic-levelcommand or while supporting a DoD contract ofsimilar sizeand scope.
- Knowledge of computer networking concepts and protocols and network security methodologies.
- Knowledge of the specific missions for CMF (i.e. Cyber Mission Teams (CMT) National Mission Teams (NMT) Combat Support Team (CST) National Support Team (NST) Cyber Protection Team (CPT).
- Experience in signals intelligence targeting analysis and organizing global intelligence operations.
- Any Cyber PDSI Work Roleor Equivalent: Exploitation Analyst; Exploitation Analyst; DigitalNetworkExploitationAnalyst; Cyberspace Operator; Expeditionary Cyber Operator; Cyber Capability Developer; Analytic Support Officer.
- Knowledge of cyber threats and vulnerabilities.
- Working knowledge ofthe tools methods and concepts of portals and other real-time or near-real-timeknowledge management systems.
- Good communicationskills both verbal and written.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Shift work is required including nights weekends and holidays as operational requirements dictate.
- Maintain readiness and availability to respond to emergent situations outside of normal business hours.

- Must work independently with limited government oversight andfunction effectively as part of a team in a joint working environment.
