HIIMission Technologies is seeking an experienced Teamcenter Administrator (or PLM professional with transferable experience). This position supports a remote work schedule. The Teamcenter Systems Administrator is responsible for maintaining supporting and enhancing the Siemens Teamcenter PLM system to ensure smooth operation with other enterprise systems. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams troubleshooting technical issues customizing workflows and providing training and support to end users. Candidates with experience supporting other PLM systems (such as Windchill Enovia/3DEXPERIENCE or SAP PLM) are also encouraged to apply.

Administer monitor and optimize Teamcenter to maintain system performance and reliability.
Customize and configure the PLM system to meet evolving business needs.
Troubleshoot technical issues and perform system upgrades.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and improve PLM workflows.
Ensure data integrity and security within the PLM environment.
Provide training and technical support to end users on Teamcenter processes and tools.
Develop and maintain documentation related to PLM processes and system configurations.
5 years of relevant experience with a Bachelors degree in a related field; 3 years with a Masters degree; 0 years with a PhD or Juris Doctorate; or a High School Diploma/equivalent and 9 years of relevant experience.
Minimum of 3 years of experience administering Teamcenter or another enterprise PLM system (Teamcenter preferred).
Strong understanding of PLM concepts and processes.
Experience with one or more of the following: C Java Perl SQL databases Windows/Linux server management and scripting languages. Familiarity with system backups upgrade processes and workflow configuration.
Experience working with helpdesk ticketing systems.
Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong work ethic and a proactive selfmotivated approach.
Must be a U.S. citizen.
Relevant certifications such as Siemens Certified Professional or equivalent PLM certifications.
Exposure to AWS cloud infrastructure including EC2 VPC S3 RDS and infrastructureascode tools such as Terraform.
Exposure to FedRAMPauthorized cloud platforms and a demonstrated understanding of federal IT security requirements and compliance frameworks is a plus.
Experience contributing to or authoring IT policies documentation or formal IT project plans.
