• Lead manage and oversee all siding and gutter installation crews and service technicians.
• Ensure accountability quality workmanship and adherence to company standards.
• Review troubleshoot and resolve installation and service-related issues.
• Provide field support and guidance to installers and technicians as needed.
• Maintain clear communication between field personnel and office staff.
• Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and standard operating practices.
• Coordinate and order siding gutter and related project materials.
• Collaborate with office staff to schedule installations service appointments and project timelines.
• Monitor project progress to ensure customer satisfaction efficiency and profitability.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of company products services and installation best practices.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in siding and gutter installation.
• Previous leadership supervisory or project management experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of exterior remodeling products installation techniques and construction practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences and resolving issues effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive attitude strong work ethic and ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record.
