Siding & Deck Builder Crew Leader

Were looking to hire a Craftsperson who has at least 2-3 years of Siding and/or deck building experience and has lead a team successfully for at least a year to come and experience the Webfoot Way!

To meet our minimum requirements you must be:

• A seasoned Siding Specialist/Deck Builder with at least 2 years of verifiable experience.
• A successful leader who can work alongside a crew to bring jobs in on-time with superior quality results.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ready to provide excellent customer service on every job every day.
• Great at communicating with team members and customers.
• Excited to learn and grow with Webfoot.
• Driven to be part of a high-performing team.
