Youll be driving high-quality equipment including 28-passenger mini-buses and 35-ft motorcoaches in a stable respectful environment.

The Role

• Predictable Schedule: Enjoy your weekends! This is a Full-Time Monday through Friday position.
• Streamlined Duties: Your focus is on safe driving and passenger service. No heavy lifting no ticketing and no vehicle dumpingyour only maintenance responsibility is fueling.
• Local Route: All routes start and end right here in Santa Cruz.

What Youll Need (Requirements)

• License: Valid Class B CDL
• Endorsements: Passenger endorsement required but air brakes NOT required (but are a plus)
• Experience: 2 years of commercial driving experience required
• Compliance: Ability to pass a DOT physical pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Professionalism: Fluent English and a courteous customer-first attitude.
• Tech Savvy: Ability to use GPS and electronic logging (HOS) apps.
• Appearance & Gear
• We provide company-branded polo shirts. Drivers provide their own professional black pants and black shoes to complete the Avalon look.
