Join the fun fast-paced hospitality team at Destination Geneva National as a Shuttle Coordinator/Common Area Support a role responsible for providing safe and timely guest and staff transportation and guest-facing support while helping maintain a welcoming and safe resort role primarily functions as a Shuttle Driver and Guest Services while also serving as a Lobby Ambassador during peak arrival and departure periods. During shoulder and off-season periods this position assists with maintenance tasks seasonal snow removal common area support and other projects that sustain overall property ResponsibilitiesGuest Service & Lobby Ambassador SupportGreeting guests warmly and provide a welcoming first directions resort information and assistance with guest as a Lobby Ambassador during peak arrival periods (approximately 610 hours weekly) by greeting guests and supporting lobby a professional polished and guest-focused Operations & TransportationSafely transport guests members and associates to designated shuttle vehicles in accordance with company safety standards and traffic passengers with boarding luggage golf bags and personal vehicle inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns shuttle vehicles remain clean fueled and guest AssistanceAssist guests with luggage golf bags packages and way-finding assistance and support guest cleanliness and organization of guest arrival areas and Area & Seasonal Property SupportAssist with common area upkeep and guest-facing presentation maintenance and operational support primarily during off-season and lower occupancy with seasonal exterior upkeep including snow and ice mitigation during winter months to maintain safe guest and associate access safety concerns maintenance issues or guest-impacting deficiencies & Operational SupportWork collaboratively with Front Office Housekeeping Maintenance Security Golf and Food & Beverage operational support during peak business periods and staffing professionalism and uphold Destination Geneva National service FunctionsAssist in the daily maintenance of room inventory to achieve optimal levels or revenue while maintaining high levels of guest other projects as requested while maintaining normal job reports and analyzing data to assist management with meeting preparation and goal necessary weekly monthly and quarterly with other departments within the resort which could include assisting in Housekeeping F&B Golf or ExpectationsDemonstrate professionalism reliability and a guest-first a friendly approachable and professional respectfully with guests associates and safety procedures transportation guidelines and hotel flexibility and willingness to support operational Destination Geneva Nationals standards of High-Level Service & EnvironmentFast-paced resort and lodging environment requiring frequent movement between buildings and performed indoors and outdoors in varying weather standing walking lifting bending and prolonged interaction with guests associates and leadership & CompetenciesStrong guest service and hospitality communication and interpersonal to multitask and adapt to changing operational reliability professionalism and attention to to work flexible schedules including mornings evenings weekends holidays and varying weather & RequirementsValid drivers license with a clean driving record have maintained a valid drivers license for a minimum of three (3) meet company insurance eligibility to safely operate passenger shuttle vehicles.
