Short Haul Operations Supervisor

I. Job Summary

Supervises the day-to-day short haul operations and monitors compliance to safety and other regulations.

II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervises the development implementation maintenance and monitoring of processes procedures and programs to improve safety productivity and profitability of the site.
• Supervises transfer station staff and coordinates workflow and assignments.
• Conducts recurring safety/compliance meetings.
• Creates and submits weekly and month end reports to senior management.
• Oversees personnel needs of the department including coaching training and evaluating employee performance.

III. Qualifications

A. Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (accredited)
• 4 years of relevant work experience

B. Preferred Qualifications

• 40 Hour Hazardous

This role is designated as safety sensitive and will require the successful candidate to strictly comply with all safety rules and protocols. PAY: The expected base pay range for this on-site position is $77750- $111837. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidates relevant experience education training certifications qualifications and work location.
