What Youll Do

• Lead and support service technicians

• Schedule and oversee daily service operations

• Partner with Service Coordinators Service Manager and HR

• Ensure accurate estimates work orders and customer communication

• Promote safety quality and professionalism

• Act as interim Service Manager as needed

• Associates degree in Business or technical discipline (or equivalent experience)

• 34 years of related experience including supervisory experience

• Strong computer and communication skills

• Mechanical service knowledge and leadership ability
