Shop Laborer Helper

ð Position Overview

â Key Responsibilities

• Perform finishing work such as deburring polishing grinding and buffing parts
• Clean and process parts using tools and equipment such as tumblers
• Package products according to customer specifications and shipping procedures
• Assist with shipping and receiving operations as needed
• Safely load and unload materials including use of a company vehicle
• Complete local deliveries and pick-ups using a non-DOT box truck
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of shipping/receiving areas and company vehicles
• Accurately complete required documentation and paperwork
• Follow all safety quality and operational procedures
• Communicate effectively with team members and provide feedback when needed
• Support additional shop and production tasks as assigned

ð What Were Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Valid drivers record with a strong safety focus
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Dependable team player who takes initiative and follows direction
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as standing walking and bending throughout the shift

• Monday Friday: 7:00 AM 3:30 PM
