RESPONSIBILITIES

• Keeps the service area in a clean and orderly condition

• Performs any combination of the following duties: Cleaning bays sweeps mops scrubs and vacuums hallways stairs and office spaces

• Empties trash and garbage containers

• Moving vehicles

• Driving the company courtesy shuttle

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in customer service

• Valid drivers license and a clean driving record

• Must pass a background check and drug test

• Ability to lift 50 lbs

• Positive attitude

• Previous janitorial/maintenance experience preferred

• Great work ethic
