Stabil Drillis currently seeking a Full-TimeShop Coordinator to join our team inMidland TX.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead shop operations control and monitor progress.
• Responsible for maintaining acceptable shop conditions.
• Train and mentor shop personnel.
• Recommend improvements in procedures and environment.
• Ensure that correct shop operations are maintained
• Coordinate the daily activities of operations personnel as directed.
• Ensure awareness of and compliance with relevant company/customer QHSE requirements.

Education/Experience:

• Minimum of one to three years experience in a related field preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent general education degree (GED) required.
• Equivalent combination of experience and/or training.
