Job Summary
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage daily shipping and receiving activities to ensure timely and accurate processing of materials.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external carriers to facilitate smooth logistics operations.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments and receipts ensuring inventory data integrity.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in shipping and receiving documentation.
- Support compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements related to shipping and receiving.

Responsibilities
- Proven experience in shipping and receiving operations within a manufacturing or distribution environment.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control processes and shipping documentation requirements.
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems and supply chain software tools to track shipments and inventory.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance related to shipping and receiving activities.
- Bachelors degree in supply chain management logistics or related field.
- Experience working in building automation or related industrial sectors.
- Knowledge of ERP systems such as PeopleSoft or SAP.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
