Position Summary

MTI Inc. is seeking a reliable honest and skilled person who likes working with his or her hands to package product and ensure MTIs high-quality medical chairs and cabinetry ship safely to our customers. $18 and up based on experience

Tasks & Requirements

• Attention to detail.
• Ability to read listen to and understand English.
• Cooperation and collaboration with coworkers and manager.
• Pull and prepare orders for shipment delivering the proper paperwork packaging and quantity for each order.
• Follow directions work independently and be accountable for tasks.
• Perform final quality checks on products to make sure they match packing information are properly packaged and ready for shipment.
• Use forklift to load boxes up to 6-feet in size onto semitrucks.
• Work with power tools for minor assembly and pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Be detail-oriented in following directions making improvements to your own work and learn from errors.

Preferred Requirements

• High school graduation or equivalent.
• Experience using computers systems is preferred.
• Related experience preferred.

Work Environment

• Indoors and a clean environment!
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE)safety shoes glasses gloves and hearing protection.
• Warehouse environment.
