As aShipping Specialistyoullbe at the forefront of our operations helping ensure products move accurately and efficiently through our shipping and receiving with cross-functional teams to support inventory accuracy customer satisfaction and on-time delivery while contributing to solutions that advance mobility improve wellbeing and enhance modern life.

InThisRoleYouWill:

• Prepareaccurateshipping documents product labels and related records to supporttimelycustomer shipments.

• Verify finished goods packaging and labeling requirements before shipment to ensure compliance with internal and customer specifications.

• Complete shipping receiving and inventory transactions accurately within the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.

• Manage finished goods inventory and overstock materials tomaintaininventory accuracy and warehouse organization.

• Receive incoming deliveries inspect documentation and process receiptsin accordance withestablished procedures.

• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) work instructions quality requirements and safety standards in all daily activities.

• Support packaging labeling bagging and other fulfillment activities as business needs require.

• Assistwith inventory counts sample requests and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications that Enable Your Success

• High school diploma or equivalent;additionalspecialized training in shipping warehousinglogistics ora relatedfield is a plus.

• Up to three months of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately process documentation and data entries.

• Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

• Basic math skills including the ability to convert units of measure and perform addition subtraction multiplication and division.

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities whilemaintaininga positive customer-focused attitude.

• Ability to safely lift materials and perform physical tasks within the requirements of the role.

Preferred Qualifications that Drive You Forward

• Previousshipping and receiving experience in a manufacturing warehouse or distribution environment.

• Forklift operating experience.

• Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Experience within a medical device manufacturing organization.

• Experience using QAD or another Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.

• Proficiencywith Microsoft Office applications and shipping carrier portals.
