What are we looking for

Through guidance provided by Laboratory Manager or Laboratory Supervisor and in a safe legal and ethical manner the Shipping and Receiving Clerk ships and receives materials for the company and its clients and maintains associated records thus supporting the goal of providing a service to our clients that is accurate timely and cost effective.

Shift/Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm

What youll do:

• Receives examines and records all inbound items defined as samples according to the login process.
• Delivers samples and associated informational / instructional paperwork to the sample staging area.
• Prepares and packages items for shipping arranges for the method of shipment in conformance with IATA and other company policies and procedures and maintains associated paperwork.
• Maintains the supplies necessary to accomplish the above responsibility.
• Maintains assigned area files supplies and equipment in a clean and orderly manner.
• Carries out all responsibilities in a supportive manner with adherence to the Companys Safety Policy and Procedures Quality Management System Ethics Policy Environmental Management System
• Vision and Strategy and exercises good judgment common sense and diplomacy
• Perform other duties as required.

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent.

• Entry Level

• Protocol procedure and safety oriented.

• Organized with time management skills.
