Do you have a passion for developing relationships providing exceptional guest experiences and being an innovator in the automotive industry As aShipping & Receiving Clerk you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on our business. We are looking for an energetic people-focused Clerk who will help us redefine the car-buying experience.
In this role you willact as the principalperson in charge of the receipting of inventory as it is received from dealerships and or outside vendors.
Pay rate: $21.00 per hour

Responsibilities
- Receipt and stock in all parts orders; maintain warranty claims in accordance with dealership guidelines
- Inspect shipments and receipt for quantity and damage if applicable
- Maintain physical inventory by keeping stock in correct locations sealable condition and free of safety hazards
- Maintain all parts shelves are stocked using the space available in an efficient manner
- Notify the parts manager of any parts that are received damaged or missing and alert the appropriate service manager when the special order parts that were ordered have been received
- Maintain a special order file and ensures that all customers are notified of the receipt of their parts

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Dealership experience a plus
- Previous experience in automotive parts a plus
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Highly professional and dependable
- Proficient computer and internet skills
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Excellent communication customer service and problem solving skills including the ability to maintain composure under stress
