Job Summary
Position SummaryResponsible for (1) receiving and staging incoming products from our suppliers (2) pulling recording packing and shipping outgoing products from our warehouse and (3) packaging and shipping kits of loose components. When time permits conducts inventory cycle counts basic maintenance tasks. This role requires strong attention to detail and communication and verify materials for customer orders against shipping pick condition and accuracy of material count against shipping pick materials in appropriate container and enter shipping information into the appropriate UPS FedEx or Redwood shipping shipments in our P21 computer and package kits consisting of loose components fabricate hose with inside sales to communicate and confirm shipping product in verifying accuracy of part numbers and the filing of shipping and quality documentation in accordance with established multi-step documentation tasks with a focus on accuracy and in cycle counting of inventory as appropriate safety equipment as required and follow all company safety workstation clean at all and follow all company rules and all other duties as assigned or Knowledge and AbilitiesWarehousing proceduresReceiving inspecting and issuing materialsPackaging and documentation practicesOperation of a fork-truck and other assigned vehicles and equipmentCommunicate effectively both orally and in writingInterpersonal skills using tact patience and courtesyAble to work independently with little supervisionPreferred Experience/ Minimum QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent is required2 years of warehouse experience is requiredAbility to be certified in fork-truck training program if not already with documentation handling and filing a plus
