Shipping & Receiving Associate

Location: Burlington NJ (On-site)

Pay:$20-$24/hr

Job Type:Temporary - going for about 3 months

Schedule: Monday Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

Our Client in Burlington NJ is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Specialistto join their team. This is an on-going Temporary position offering $19/hour. The schedule for this position is MondayFriday 8:00am5:00pm.

• Inbound Logistics: Receive unload inspect and stock all incoming shipments; expedite priority materials when necessary.

• Outbound Logistics: Pick pack label and load orders according to strict requirements.

• Documentation: Create packing slips delivery receipts load tags and address labels using FedEx/UPS shipping software.

• Inventory Control: Maintain accurate records logs and proof-of-delivery documentation within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).

• Dock Management: Schedule trucks and manage dock appointments to ensure smooth facility flow.

• Safety & Maintenance: Maintain a clean organized and safe warehouse environment.

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of dedicated shipping receiving or warehouse coordination experience.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency with RF scanners WMS and Microsoft Office (Outlook Word Excel Teams).

• Shipping Software: Familiarity with FedEx and UPS shipping processes is highly preferred.

• Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally.

• Equipment: Forklift experience or certification is a major plus.

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills punctuality and the ability to follow complex written instructions.
