Shipping Planner C Shift

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Plan product accurately to the correct outbound loads.
• Ensure proper and accurate product rotation throughout the shift.
• Track inventory numbers shipping numbers and palletizing counts during the shift.
• Send an endofshift email with all required statistics accurately recorded.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Observe and enforce all company personnel quality safety and food safety policies.
• Maintain a positive work atmosphere by communicating and working effectively with customers clients coworkers and leadership teams.
• Participate in process improvement and problemsolving using continuous improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma; support and/or participate in the E$P program.
• Recognize and act on incidents and safety risks; consistently practice and enforce safe work habits.

Knowledge Skills & Abilities

• Ability to read write and speak English.
• Ability to perform basic math: addition subtraction division multiplication and percentage calculations.
• Ability to pass a Prove It test.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull up to 100 lbs.
• Valid forklift and pallet jack license or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to work in a cold environment.
• Ability to learn new procedures (barcode scanners equipment stacking grids).
• Familiarity with computer systems.
• Ability to work variable hours; excellent attendance required.
